Our group fitness program is a great combination of very creative freestyle Instructors and choreographed Group Fitness Instructors certified by LES MILLS. This is a winning combination – you will never get bored! Our certified instructors launch a new routine every quarter, it’s consistent, with powerful uplifting music with motivating instructors. It is a fun, effective way to train in groups.
