  • 1.20.10Today we are receiving brand new urethane dumbbells and two Precor AMT Cross Trainers. Exciting! To learn more about AMT cross trainers, please click here. All of our old dumbbells are being donated to the Bedford High School weight room. The high school will be picking up the dumbbells today.
  • 1.20.10Our new and dynamic Group Fitness Schedule starts this coming Saturday, January 23rd. Visit the Group Fitness page and click the 1.23.10 schedule to save it on your computer desktop.
  • 1.26.10 – Moving Forward Physical Therapy will be moving into summit health + fitness this February. We added them to our web page. We are very excited that Jane Karpovsky will be opening a business at our facility as her beliefs and business practices match ours! Best of luck!
  • 2.11.10 - Alicia Rossi is now teaching private Pilates lessons at summit health + fitness. She has two reformers and the best equipment for teaching. Learn more about Alicia.
  • 2.24.10 – Our new group fitness schedule will launch on March 1st. Please visit the group fitness page to download the upcoming schedule.
  • 3.18.10 – Join us on Friday, April 9th and Saturday, April 10th for our “Don’t Forget Haiti” Fundraisers. On Friday the 9th we will sample beers by Peak Organic Brewing Company, and enjoy salad and delicious pizza by Flatbread Pizza. Donors will have a chance to enter into a contest to win one of several amazing prizes. On Saturday the 10th we are having a Group Fitness Extravaganza Fundraiser. This will be our most active morning ever at summit health + fitness and it’s all for a great cause. Experience as many new classes as possible and donate to help us raise money for Haitian disaster relief.
